19.06.2016 - BBQ Workshop with Daniele Govone

In this course Daniele brought out 11 different grills to demonstrate the differences in operating these beats. He started with covering all the ins and outs of setup and maintenance and quickly moved onto the food perpetration.

This time we were cooking 8 different meals from bread to starters to steaks and finally the deserts. I personally never thought that I would one day be able to cook a meal using just a BBQ grill. What a surprise! Looking forward for your next course Daniele!
