Jazz at the Savoia Castle

We are nearing the end of the 2023 season and would like to invite you to our yearly concert to celebrate the good memories of this summer.

Traditionally we have the great jazz band lead by American alto sax jazz musician, Gary Walton, who will be joined by Petr Dvorsky on bass, Jaroslav Friedl on guitar.

These top jazz musicians from Prague and Gary, who comes from California, will play jazz in the unique and special style of West Coast Cool. This style once dominated the jazz scene  in the U.S. and originated in California in the late 1950's and early 1960's pioneered by jazz greats like Gary Mulligan, Chet Baker, Miles Davis, Stan Getz, Paul Desmond, Jim Hall, and many others. West Coast Cool is exceptionally lyrical and the standards played will be familiar jazz favorites.

We will be serving beer, wines, cocktails and Italian snacks for our guests. Come and enjoy this Wednesday afternoon with your family, friends and great music.

Voluntary entrance fee (150 - 250 CZK per guest is recommended)
