Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are lead by Monica Salvatore who was taught to cook by her grand-mother Maria in Tuscany.

The classes are arranged in groups of 10 participants, each class takes from 3 to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the menu. The cooking classes are held at the Savoia Academy which occupies the ground floor of the castle.

Each class usually consists a starter, main course and a desert.

We can also design a custom or a private cooking class upon request.

The price of the cooking class varies depending to the complexity of the menu. Prices range from 2000 Kč (80 Eur) per person to 5000 Kč (200 Eur) per person for an individual cooking class.
